These terms describe how R&SS Remodeling & Construction quotes, schedules and performs work. Hiring us means agreeing to the basics below.
Estimates are free and based on what we can see at the visit. If opening a wall or a floor reveals more — hidden damage behind a shower, framing out of square, a subfloor that needs replacing — we tell you before doing any extra work, and nothing extra happens without your OK.
Interior work runs rain or shine. Exterior painting, stucco and outdoor builds answer to Florida weather — a storm can move a job, and when it does, we contact you and set the next available date.
Floors get covered, furniture gets protected, and the site gets cleaned when we finish. Tell us at the estimate about anything delicate or hidden — wiring, plumbing runs, sprinkler lines where posts or footers are going.
The price agreed at the estimate is the price, unless the scope changes and we agree on the change together. Payment terms for larger projects are discussed before work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
